Jared Blumberg was born and raised in Long Island, New York, and is extremely familiar with the New York real estate market and all its residents.

Prior to joining Bold New York, Mr. Blumberg worked in commercial real estate and development. Throughout Jared’s time in commercial real estate he concentrated on the sales, leasing, and development of retail, office, industrial, and multi-family properties. He spearheaded his companies sales, marketing, research and due diligence efforts. He received nothing but praise and respect from all of his clients and co-workers. Jared’s knowledge and experience in commercial real estate has proven to be an invaluable asset to the team at Bold New York.

One of the most valuable principals in which Jared focuses on is client education. Educating and guiding clients through the constantly changing and competitive marketplace is a main focus of his. Jared’s combination of honesty and integrity with all of his clients has made him a natural fit for the Bold New York Team. Jared Blumberg received his Bachelor of Social & Behavioral Sciences Degree in Regional Development and Sociology from the University of Arizona.
