Todd Jacobs

Principal Founder

As Co-Founder of Bold New York, Todd Jacobs brings enthusiasm, ingenuity, and an entrepreneurial spirit to this vibrant, passionate team. As a licensed broker in the state of New York, Todd effortlessly guides his clients through the complexities of buying, renting, or selling in New York City. Todd is extraordinarily savvy in regards to the intricacies of project-based new development marketing, pairing a hands-on approach with an unparalleled breadth of market knowledge

Previous to BOLD New York, Todd was in investment sales at Marcus and Millichap Manhattan. His team was consistently a top performer in multifamily sales in Manhattan. After great strides at Marcus and Millichap, he became one of the charter members of Forrest Partners, a principal firm that owns mixed-use buildings in Manhattan. At Forrest, Todd excelled within the Design, Renovation, Leasing and Brokerage divisions, the key foundations to his success today. He excelled at working with architects and contractors to renovate and design common areas, refine layouts and manage timelines. At Forrest Partners, he was also one of the lead underwriters focusing on the acquisition and repositioning of mixed-use, multi-family, office, and retail properties in New York City.

Todd has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Outside of real estate, Todd can be found golfing, skiing out West, and honing his photography skills. Todd is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York.

Jordan Sachs

Jordan has developed exclusive partnerships with a number of owners and developers in Manhattan and Brooklyn, providing his clients with access to elite, one-of-a-kind listings. Through a combination of extensive market knowledge and personalized, unsurpassed service, Jordan has quickly become a well-recognized force in Manhattan real estate. Jordan prides himself on remaining abreast of current, past and future New York City market conditions while consistently exploring innovative ways to transform each client experience and the status quo.

Jordan obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Marketing from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. Prior to joining BOLD he worked at a marketing startup. Determined to give back to our community, Jordan is involved in numerous charitable organizations and sits on the board of Young Wellness in the Schools (WITS). In addition, Jordan is an active board member of Nestio and the Real Estate Board of New York. He is an avid fitness enthusiast, golfer and world traveler who also enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, Ruby.
